Maggi Noodles Manchurian


MAGGI NOODLES MANCHURIAN 


I have a serious addiction to chinese cuisine. Love this with fried rice or noodles. Taste so good..

Ingredients:



For Balls:

Noodles – 2 boiled maggi noodles
Noodles - 1 raw noodles
Maggi masala powder - 2 pockets
Onion - 1 chopped
Cornflour – 1 tsp
Rice flour - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1tsp
Schezwan chutney - 1tbsp
Oil – for deep frying
Salt to taste


For Sauce:

Oil – 1 tblspn
Garlic – 1 tblspn finely chopped
Green Chillies – 3 chopped finely
Onion - 1 medium chopped
Red capsicum - ½ medium chopped
Green capsicum - ½ medium chopped
Yellow capsicum - ½ medium chopped
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Red chili sauce - 1tsp
Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup – 2 tspn
Green chili sauce - 1tsp
Schezwan chutney - 1tsp
Salt to taste


Method:


1. Heat a pan. Add water and get boil for couple of mins.

2. Add in 2 noodles,and mix it well. And take noodles in a bowl

3. And add onion, cornflour,riceflour,chilipowder,
salt,and schezwan chutney and mix well.

4. And take a raw noodles,crush it in a plate. Take  boiled noodles,Shape it into balls, and spread around the raw noodles

5. Now heat oil for deep frying, drop the balls in and fry till golden brown. Drain onto some paper towel and set aside.

6. Heat oil in a pan, add in garlic and chillies, saute for 2 to 3 mins.

7. Add onion, red,green,yellow capsicum and red chili powder saute it well.

8.Add in all the sauces, like vinegar, redchilli sauce,soya sauce,tomato ketchup, green chili sauce, schezwan chutney, salt,mix well.

9. Add corn flour paste, and add little water and let
Dry it.

10. Now add in the fried balls and toss well in the sauce.

11.Now add in spring onion green and mix well.

12.Serve hot.

Take a pan add water

Once water boiled and 2 noodles
in the pan.

Let noodles cooked.

Take it into a bowl 

Add onion,cornflour,riceflour

Add maggi masala,red chili powder 

Add salt and schezwan chutney 

Mix well all together

Take a ball like this 

Take a raw noodle and crush it

Take a ball and cover it with noodles

Cover with noodles like this 

Fry it till golden brown 

Take a pan add oil and heat it

Take veggies 

Add garlic and green chillies 
Saute well.

Add onion and tricolor capsicum 

Add red chilli powder and saute well 

Add vinegar 

Add red chili sauce 

Tomato ketchup 

Add green chili sauce 

Add schezwan chutney 

Mix it well

Take cornflour paste

Add it into a pan

Add water

Once it get thickened sauce

Add noodles Manchurian balls

And mix it well into the sauce   

  
 Noodles manchurian is ready

 
Serve hot.
