Vegetable Soup Recipe - Easy Veg Soup Recipe

Ingredients:


1. Butter - 1tbsp
2. Ginger - 2 pieces
3. Garlic  - 10 cloves 
4. Corn flour  - 1½ tsp 
5. Onion - 1
6. Carrot - 1
7. Green peas - 1¼ cup
8. Water - 4 cup
9. Pepper powder - 1tsp
10. Salt.
If you want cabbage, and spring onion you can add it.

Instructions:


1.Heat oil in a sauce pan, add butter, add crushed ginger&garlic paste,and saute for a min.

2.Add onion and Add in carrot,green peas,and saute for 5 mins till it is done.

3.Add in 4 cup water and bring it to a boil. Cook for 20 mins.

4.Add salt and pepper to taste and Add in cornflour which is mixed with 4 cup of water into it.

5. Add pepper powder and mix well.Serve hot.
